The system operates exclusively with Street\u2019s CRM platform, requiring agencies to have that infrastructure in place.<\/p>\n<p>Tom Staff, co-founder at Street, said the tool responds to customer emails instantly at any time and can include personalised elements such as references to clients\u2019 holidays. \u201cThis allows agents to actually do those things that in an ideal world, they\u2019d love to be doing,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Staff reported that one agent who tested the system remarked it \u201cliterally changes everything about the way we run our business\u201d.
