The firm reported revenues of \u00a343.7 million in 2024 and has shown improved trading performance since its separation from Legal &#038; General Group plc in 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Mortgage market consolidation<\/h2>\n<p>The transaction reflects broader consolidation trends in the mortgage market, where firms are integrating distribution, advice and property assessment services.
