The equity release component provides capital for reinvestment into additional properties.<\/p>\n<h2>Market context<\/h2>\n<p>The transaction comes as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertywire.com\/news\/uk\/over-250000-former-rental-homes-listed-for-sale-in-a-year\/\">over 250,000 former rental homes have been listed for sale<\/a> in the past year, with some landlords exiting the market amid regulatory changes. However, portfolio landlords with HMO experience continue to expand operations through refinancing strategies.<\/p>\n<p>GB Bank, a UK-licensed specialist lender, offers property finance up to \u00a320m for individual investors, UK companies, and foreign nationals.
