Inntelo AI, the UK-based AI hospitality platform, has appointed Ali Hassan as Chief Financial Officer and Director, North America, where he will work alongside founder and CEO Asif Alidina to drive the company\u2019s expansion across the North American market.<\/p>\n
The move marks Inntelo AI\u2019s entry into the United States and Canada, as the company continues to scale internationally. Its technology is already deployed across the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia, supporting hotel operators to manage guest communication, operations and service delivery through a single AI-native platform.<\/p>\n
Hassan joins from Bank of America Securities in London, where he was Director in Global Investment Banking. He brings more than 15 years\u2019 experience across investment banking and market intelligence, with a track record of over $20 billion in closed transactions, including private capital raises for high-growth technology ventures. He also brings a personal connection to the sector, with family ties to one of the largest Global Distribution System providers.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The appointment comes during a period of strong momentum for Inntelo AI, following recent partnerships across UK, Europe and Africa, and recognition at The Caterer Supplier Awards 2026, where Inntelo AI was named Innovative Guest Experience of the Year.<\/p>\n
