Three property sector businesses have announced senior appointments as they expand operations and strengthen management teams across England.<\/p>\n

Hockeys Estate Agents promotes two to director level<\/h2>\n

Hockeys Estate Agents has promoted Harriet Wicklen and Liam Upton to director positions. Both have held senior positions within the business and have been involved in the agency\u2019s expansion across the East of England.<\/p>\n

Wicklen\u2019s promotion follows her work across the agency\u2019s residential operations, while Upton has been involved in developing the firm\u2019s market presence and business performance. The appointments form part of the company\u2019s ongoing management restructure as it continues to grow its network and client base.<\/p>\n

Spicerhaart creates first marketing director role<\/h2>\n

Spicerhaart has appointed Olivia Moss as its first marketing and communications director, a newly created position spanning the group\u2019s estate agency, lettings and financial services operations. The move comes as estate agency businesses adapt their operational structures<\/a> in response to market conditions.<\/p>\n

Moss joins from L&Q, where she led brand strategy and digital transformation initiatives. She previously worked on the development of the Virgin Media brand and brings more than 20 years\u2019 experience in marketing and communications.<\/p>\n

Her responsibilities will cover the group\u2019s mortgage business, Just Mortgages, as well as estate agency brands including haart, Haybrook, Darlows, Felicity J Lord, Butters John Bee, Howards and Chewton Rose. More than 150 Just Mortgages advisers are based within Spicerhaart\u2019s branch network.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

The role will focus on brand consistency across the group\u2019s businesses and support ongoing digital transformation projects, including increased use of video content and AI services.<\/p>\n

Gleeson Homes appoints North West commercial director<\/h2>\n

Gleeson Homes has appointed Matthew Swallow as commercial director for its North West region, covering Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Cumbria. Swallow joins the housebuilder from Story Homes, where he served as commercial director for the past eight years.<\/p>\n

He has more than 20 years\u2019 experience in the housebuilding sector, having started his career with Persimmon Homes as a quantity surveyor before progressing through commercial roles at Story Homes.<\/p>\n

In his new position, Swallow will oversee the commercial function across Gleeson\u2019s North West operations, including procurement, cost management and supplier relationships. The housebuilder currently has eight active developments across the North West and plans to bring a further six sites forward during the next financial year.<\/p>\n
