The site is located in the Peak District and will offer views across the surrounding landscape.<\/p>\n<h2>Fourth partnership transaction<\/h2>\n<p>The financing represents the fourth deal between Atelier and housebuilder Stancliffe Homes. The package included a day-one advance to facilitate land acquisition before construction commences.<\/p>\n<p>Rav Kudhail, lending director at Atelier, said: \u201cHaving now funded four schemes with Stancliffe Homes, we were delighted to work with the team again on this latest development.
