The programme enables existing franchisees to expand their operations whilst providing an exit route for departing partners.<\/p>\n<p>Your Move maintains over 20 branches across Kent, including locations in Ramsgate, Sittingbourne, Sheerness and Ashford. The Margate branch will now operate under National Home Move\u2019s management.<\/p>\n<p>Lee Carratt, Franchise Partnerships Director at LSL EAF, said: \u201cThis is exactly what our Resale Programme is designed to do \u2013 match franchise partners looking to exit, with existing franchise partners looking to expand.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Expansion strategy<\/h2>\n<p>Matthew McCreath, Managing Director of National Home Move, confirmed the company is pursuing further acquisition opportunities. \u201cWe\u2019re actively seeking our next opportunity, partnering with businesses that align with our ambitions and can help us continue our growth journey,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The move follows a broader pattern of consolidation in the estate agency sector, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertywire.com\/company-news\/campions-group-completes-five-acquisitions-in-five-weeks\/\">other groups completing multiple acquisitions<\/a> to expand their geographical reach.<\/p>\n<p>McCreath added that extending National Home Move\u2019s presence across Kent represented a natural progression for the business.
