The average monthly cost of a mortgage repayment in the university\u2019s G4 postcode comes in at \u00a3806 per month, \u00a3535 per month cheaper than the average monthly cost of renting at \u00a31,341.<\/p>\n
Other universities offering strong savings where the difference between mortgage and rent is greatest include the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow\u2019s G1 postcode (-\u00a3502), followed by the University of Leeds in LS2 (-\u00a3488), Newcastle University (-\u00a3484), Newcastle University and Northumbria University (-\u00a3484), the University of Sunderland in SR1 (-\u00a3397), University of South Wales (-\u00a3396), Cardiff University (-\u00a3371), Nottingham Trent University (-\u00a3356), and the University of Nottingham (-\u00a3355).<\/p>\n
