Provider BluePine Living has launched an affordable housing platform in England to deliver homes through social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership.<\/p>\n
BluePine is backed by institutional funding and is investing in S106 and in time, grant-funded housing acquired from SME, regional and national housebuilders across England.<\/p>\n
Customer service is said to be a priority, as all homes will be professionally managed in partnership with Pinnacle Group.<\/p>\n
David Cook, chief executive of BluePine Living, said: \u201cWe want to deliver homes for families that truly serve their needs and are fit for purpose.<\/p>\n

The platform should simplify rent payments, repairs and tenant communication.<\/p>\n

Some 85% of homes will include private outdoor space, while over the next six years BluePine Living is targeting for 50% of its homes to achieve EPC A ratings and from 2026, for all homes to be fossil fuel free, helping to keep customers\u2019 utility bills low and reinforcing its commitment to environmental responsibility.<\/p>\n

BluePine Living works closely with local authorities to provide a tailored approach to addressing housing demand in different locations. In addition, it is seeking investment partner status with Homes England to convert private units into affordable tenures, further strengthening its ability to deliver meaningful supply at pace and scale.<\/p>\n
Two and three-bedroom shared ownership homes are currently available in Worcestershire, with more homes available later this year in Suffolk and Warwickshire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
