Estate agency firm Nicol & Co is holding a seminar with a team of experts to guide landlords through the upcoming Renters\u2019 Rights Bill Autumn Budget.<\/p>\n

The seminar will be held at Sixways Stadium on Thursday 9 October and will feature a panel of guest speakers from firms across Worcestershire.<\/p>\n

Neil Seager, associate partner at Ormerod Rutter Chartered Accountants, will be sharing tax advice and tips tailored specifically for landlords.<\/p>\n

Martyn Davies and Vanessa Tuzzio from Mindful Financial Planning will also be on hand to answer questions relating to buy-to-let mortgages and investment strategies.<\/p>\n
