Luxury estate agency firm Circa London has partnered with Castlemere Developments to market its new \u00a39.6 million townhouse development in Dulwich to buyers in the Far East.<\/p>\n
Circa London has taken on its first \u2018in progress\u2019 project, while Castlemere Developments are seeking buyers in Hong Kong and mainland China.<\/p>\n
James Yan of Circa London said: \u201cDulwich is home to three renowned schools, and with education being a top priority for Chinese families, these homes will definitely appeal. At \u00a31.65 million, these four-bedroom properties offer excellent value, especially when compared to central London prices.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe believe this development is an ideal fit for Chinese buyers, and we will focus our marketing efforts on Hong Kong and Shanghai, where we have offices. We\u2019ve already translated promotional materials into Mandarin and have begun actively marketing the properties.\u201d<\/p>\n
The six townhouses, named Melbourne Mews, are situated on Melbourne Grove and are being positioned as premium family homes in one of London\u2019s most desirable areas.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Each home offers 1,700 square feet of living space over three floors, including a basement and roof terrace.<\/p>\n
The properties will feature smart home technology, German-designed kitchens, oak flooring, bespoke lighting, underfloor heating powered by heat pumps and solar energy, as well as an electric car charging point.<\/p>\n
