Salboy Group, the development and funding company, has launched sales at Old York Mews in Wandsworth.<\/p>\n
Old York Mews will transform a former 5,000-sqft brownfield site and is made up of nine properties \u2013 eight 1 and 2-bed apartments and one 3-bedroom mews house. The properties are designed around a private landscaped courtyard.<\/p>\n
Works are underway on site led by Salboy\u2019s construction partner, Domis, and the first property is expected to complete on site at the end of March 2026.<\/p>\n
The scheme is less than five minutes\u2019 walk from Wandsworth Town station with links into Clapham Junction, Waterloo and Bank, as well as Gatwick and Heathrow.<\/p>\n
