The property platform Rightmove has started integrating artificial intelligence tools to help agents reach more customers.<\/p>\n
There are four developments, two of which are customer-facing and two agent-facing.<\/p>\n
For customers they can now find properties by describing a home, for example by specifying \u2018river view\u2019. Meanwhile potential buyers can virtually change the lighting as well as add or remove furniture in the home they\u2019re browsing.<\/p>\n
Agents can predict the value of properties, while they can use a tool to help them write personalised notes to sellers, saving them time.<\/p>\n
Tarah Lourens, Rightmove\u2019s chief technology and operations officer, said: \u201cWe\u2019re accelerating our delivery of AI-powered products and tools to enhance the search experience for home-movers, and provide our agent partners with more positive outcomes for their businesses.<\/p>\n
