A poultry site is being transformed into a 52 homes and commercial space in Lewes, East Sussex.<\/p>\n
The development comes from South East developer Akehurst Homes with help from a \u00a319 million facility from the lender Paragon.<\/p>\n
Homes will range from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom family houses, in a mix of terraces, semi-detached and detached properties. The aim is for the properties to have an EPC rating above B.<\/p>\n

Situated at the front of the site, the additional two commercial buildings housing seven units are intended to attract local businesses.<\/p>\n
The units will have classification E usage \u2013 covering shops, offices, gyms, restaurants, workshops and other types of commercial buildings \u2013 which will complement the new housing development.<\/p>\n
