Home buyers in London are mostly looking to buy in Wimbledon, Fulham and Chiswick, research from property platform Rightmove has revealed.<\/p>\n

For renters in the capital meanwhile, Canary Wharf, Clapham, and Fulham led the way.<\/p>\n

In terms of those looking to buy a home, a garage is the top feature home-buyers have been searching for in 2025. An annexe (self-contained living unit) is second, and a garden is third.<\/p>\n

For renters, the most important features that tenants are using Rightmove\u2019s keyword sort tool to search for is a home that is pet-friendly, followed by a garage, and a furnished home.<\/p>\n

In terms of locations with a sea view, Bournemouth, Eastbourne, and Worthing topped the list as the most searched for coastal areas in 2025.<\/p>\n

And for those looking outside of the UK, Spain, France, and Dubai were the most-searched-for overseas destinations, with Portugal and Italy close behind.<\/p>\n
