Housebuilder Eccleston Homes is building 57 homes in Greater Manchester after receiving \u00a39.25 million of funding from Paragon Bank.<\/p>\n
The homes are being built at Willow Bank in Ramsbottom, which is located on the site of the former Holcombe Paper Mill, which was closed in 2008 and largely demolished in 2012.<\/p>\n
The development will have a mix of mews, semi-detached and detached homes, ranging from two to four-bedrooms. All homes will be two-storey, except for the Delamere, which will be 2.5-storey.<\/p>\n

The site is located between the East Lancashire Railway, Ramsbottom station and Ramsbottom Cricket Club.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Eccleston Homes has retained the historic Holcombe Mill chimney stack as a feature, while there will be public areas of green space.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Works started last year following extensive site remediation, with homes being offered to the market in September.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Smaller units will feature private parking spaces, while four-bedroom detached homes will also benefit from the addition of integral or detached garages. EV charge points for every home will further support modern and sustainable living standards.<\/p>\n
Ramsbottom has independent bars and restaurants, good schools, open countryside, and a high street filled with independent shops and cafes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
