An application has been submitted for a redevelopment of Southbury Leisure Park in Enfield, North London.<\/p>\n
The brownfield site is set to be converted into 1,150 new homes, alongside new public open spaces, community and commercial facilities, and significant environmental improvements.<\/p>\n
The application comes from Royal London Asset Management Property, in partnership with Neat Developments as development manager.<\/p>\n
Joe Kane, development director at Royal London Asset Management Property, said: \u201cThis application represents a significant opportunity to regenerate Southbury Leisure Park and deliver much-needed new homes, public open space and community facilities in a highly accessible location.<\/p>\n

The planning application has now been submitted and will be considered by the London Borough of Enfield shortly.<\/p>\n
Subject to securing planning approval, works are expected to start in 2028.<\/p>\n
The detailed part of the application includes 489 high-quality Build to Rent homes, a new linear park, extensive public realm improvements, and around 1,100 square meters of flexible community and commercial space supporting local services and employment.<\/p>\n
The outline element sets a strong design framework to guide future phases of development.<\/p>\n
