The firm offers sales and lettings services to vendors, landlords, investors and developers, and has recently completed a rebrand alongside the branch relocation.<\/p>\n<h2>Industry challenges<\/h2>\n<p>Kyriacou, who gained experience at Kinleigh, Folkard and Hayward before establishing Mi Homes, cited the period as one of significant difficulty for the sector.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver the past decade, Mi Homes has operated through some of the most challenging and transformative periods the property sector has faced,\u201d Kyriacou said. \u201cWe have seen numerous shifts in regulation, rapid digitalisation, the Covid-19 pandemic, and ongoing market volatility.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!--   \t\t  \t\t\t \t\t\t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display(\"div-gpt-ad-1715620536068-0\"); }); \t\t\t  \t\t  \t -->  \t <\/p>\n<h2>Public perception shift<\/h2>\n<p>The estate agency sector has seen some improvement in public trust, according to the Ipsos Veracity Index published in late 2024.
