Estate agency group eXp Realty has launched in to Luxembourg, one of the most internationally connected property markets in the world.<\/p>\n
The group has appointed a veteran of the market, Karim Layouni, to lead its expansion.<\/p>\n
He was a broker and manager at RE\/MAX in Luxembourg for 11 years, operating across 14 offices and 140 agents.<\/p>\n
Layouni said: \u201cTraditional, standardised brokerage models are reaching their limits.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe market has changed, client expectations have changed, and agents need platforms that support long-term professional growth rather than restricting it.<\/p>\n

In 2025 eXp Realty firm launched into the Netherlands, T\u00fcrkiye, Peru, Japan, Ecuador, South Korea, and Romania.<\/p>\n
The plan is to operate across 50 countries by 2030.<\/p>\n
Luxembourg\u2019s real estate sector is shaped by its international workforce, investor demand, and close links to neighbouring countries, with many agents already managing cross-border transactions and multinational client bases.<\/p>\n
