Estate agency group Belvoir has rolled out management platform, Fransys, to help all its estate agency groups communicate and train staff.

The group operates more than 170 offices, employing 350 agents across its five brands.

Nigel Davies, chief executive at Claromentis, developer of the platform, said: “Belvoir runs a fast-moving, multi-brand network.

“With ‘Fransys’, they’ve replaced one-too-many email blasts and scattered file shares with a governed digital workspace that delivers the right update, the right document, and the right course to every office.

“That blend of targeted communications, centralised document control, and in-house learning is exactly what Claromentis was built for: turning complexity into clarity so teams can move faster and stay compliant.”

Claromentis combines a fully branded digital workspace, secure document libraries, AI-assisted policy management tools, trackable learning management, and no-code automation

For Belvoir, this integration means every office can easily access the right updates, documents, and training, reducing administrative burdens.
